Having Trouble With Our Online Registration Forms? Try Clearing Your Browser Cache...
Overview
Our Online Resource Center is heavily dependent on your browser cache. A "browser cache" is a file (or set of files) that your browser temporarily stores on your computer to hold information. In other words, when you add Resource Center Items to your cart, that information is stored locally on your computer until you complete your order. Then the information is sent to our server and we process your order.
So, if you add an item to your cart, or perhaps have even added an item to a cart from another online store (for example, Amazon.com), your browser might be confused and might require you to complete the form multiple times or might even refuse to let you continue to checkout. So, to correct this problem, we recommend that you clear your browser's cache memory.
How To Clear Your Cache In Internet Explorer
How to clear your cache depends on the browser you use, and sometimes on the browser version or operating system. The list below covers common combinations; if yours isn't in that list, you will need to read available documentation for your browser, consult its technical support resources, or use an Internet search engine to locate that information.
Empty Your Calvary Online Resource Center Store Cart
Once your Cache has been emptied, you'll need to reset your store cart to complete the process.
