Mid Rivers Ladies Sunday Bible Class

Ladies, please join us for a weekly study of God's Word on Sundays at 9:00 am in Mid Rivers Campus Room 151. Linda Douchant will be leading the class. Bring your Bibles! Mid Rivers Fall & Winter/Spring TLC

Tuesday Ladies at Calvary (TLC) is a ladies' evening each week focused on growing in faith, and friendships. TLC consists of three sessions throughout the year and offers a wide variety of classes to meet a variety of needs and schedules. During the Fall and Winter/Spring sessions, our small groups on Tuesday evenings range from in-depth Bible studies and topical studies to intentional discipleship and restoration groups.

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

Intentional Discipleship: Growing in Christ
The Navigators
Growing in Christ has been developed to help every believer understand the basics of Christian discipleship through careful study of God's Word. This study can help you establish a firm, Scriptural foundation for your life as you develop habits of Bible study and Scripture memory. Homework is a critical aspect of this class and a commitment to class preparation is essential. Each week we will meet together for an introduction and then break into smaller groups with a facilitator for small group discussion. (15-week study)

Israel—Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus

Mid Rivers Friend 2 Friend Childcare

F2F Childcare

Little Friends (LF) is our morning program for children from birth through kindergarten. Children two and under stay in our nursery where our caregivers provide excellent care. Preschoolers and kindergarteners enjoy Bible stories, songs, crafts and playtime. Receive a discount on Little Friends when you register by January 24.
Cost: One child: $32 or $40 (after Jan. 24), family: $48 or $60 (after Jan. 24)

Learning With Friends (LWF) is a program for home-schooled K-5 students of mothers attending F2F at the Mid Rivers Campus. All students will participate in Bible study, PE, and choose one elective for the winter/spring session. The following are electives available to LWF students.
Cost: $40 (one child), $50 (two children), $60 (3 or more)

Art
(Grades K-2 and 3-5)
Students will discover the possibilities of both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional art by using materials such as watercolors, tempera paint, charcoal, oil pastels, clay, wood, and found objects. A wide variety of themes, subject matter, and artists will also be explored to teach students both traditional and contemporary methods of art production.

Science Experiments
(Grades K-2 and 3-5)
Is your child intrigued by simple science experiments or does you child regularly ask for everyday household items to mix together? In this class, students will enjoy performing a variety of science experiments that will encourage them to think critically and explore the world of science.

The kindergarten option is open to home-schooled kindergarteners only.

Cycle Break (March 10-24, 2010) and Spring Break (March 17, 2010) students are also invited to attend a program specifically for them at the Mid Rivers Campus. Please sign up your child as soon as possible. You can register online or on Sunday at the Women's Ministry table.

Mid Rivers Summer TLC

Summer TLC will run for 8 weeks, beginning June 15, 2010 with our kickoff event and ending August 3, 2010 with our Trivia Night. The remaining six Tuesdays, you can join various classes and Bible Studies. In most cases, you do not need to commit for the whole session, but can come only once or every week, depending on your schedule. Activities scheduled for Summer TLC 2010 will be posted at a later date.

Mid Rivers Women's Discipleship

The Calvary Church Women's Ministry offers an Intentional Discipleship program to help women grow in their relationship with God. If you desire a better understanding of Scripture and a more intimate relationship with our Father, this program provides a time to meet with a group of 2-5 women to help you through Bible study and prayer fellowship.

Discipleship classes are offered during Summer TLC, Friend 2 Friend and TLC. For those of you who are interested in coming alongside others, there is also discipleship training.
